Live Your Design Now Open

So the challenge we all face is how can we impact people with the unlimited power of the gospel with a limited level of resources. I’m glad to be surrounded by a team who consistently rises to that challenge. In contemplating how God has designed me and how I can serve Him, my heart seems to always lead me to the internet. As I look back on my life I see how God has helped me learn so many skills in design and web programming. It seems everytime I try to get away from doing those types of things, my heart leads me back to them. I get a real buzz off of knowing that what I am producing is accessible by the entire world.

So with some work under my belt the “Live Your Design” website is now officially open at http://www.liveyourdesign.org/ There are some things I need to work out, so not everything is working just yet, but I wanted to get it open to the world and get feedback as I move forward.

So what is it? It’s a web platform to extend the reach of my church into the world to help people discover and live out their God-shaped design so that a person “is most satisfied and God is most glorified.” On the site one can access our daily podcasts (also known as our radio broadcasts), articles, and soon take courses to help people discover and live out that design in the following three levels of courses:

1. Discover Your Design Level: adapted from the DYD material
2. Live Your Design Level: helping people put that discovery to use in everyday life
3. Understand Your Designer: various studies on the Scripture to help a person develop a better understanding of who God is and what He desires of each of us. This is where many of the studies my father and I have written over the years will be accessible.

Another purposes of this site is to raise awareness of our church’s desire to help other individuals, churches, and organizations discover and live their design. Please give me any feedback, and pray that God uses this site to impact people for His glory.
